We have tickets to take the little one to see Harry tomorrow night. Then we're in NH for thanks so when we get back next weekend we're seeing Walk the Line that night. CAN"T wait for either.

Two movies I've anticipated the most this year.

i saw about 20 harry potter nerds in the loop last night around 6, undoubtedly going to wait in line for the midnight show. i had no idea there was even a new movie. this series doesn't interest me at all.

on the other hand, i've been anticipating walk the line for awhile now and will probably see it this weekend.

but do you dress up in hogwart's school uniforms (+ bizarre wands) and walk around metropolitan cities six hours before a movie's premiere in 20-degree weather? that's like a whole different kind of obsession.

I can't recommend Derailed, but it's far from the worse thing I've ever seen. I've seen alot worse and alot better in the suspense genre.

I will probably see Walk the Line sunday if LSU/Ole Miss doesn't destroy me too bad. Absolutely no desire to see Harry Potter.

i want to see 'walk the line'. but i'm probably going to have to go by myself because my lame friends don't want to see it.

as for derailed. i don't have high expectations for it. so, that'll probably save me.

Possibly. I really don't even attempt to keep up. If it had come out in June I wouldn't have been surprised. The last two new movies I've seen in theaters were from George Lucas.

oh, as for 'derailed'.

it wasn't great. but it definitely didn't suck.
though it hit a point where i thought 'jesus! is this thing over yet??' but not because the TIME was an issue. but 'enough is enough'. (i will say no more.)

just that there's a twist that i definitely didn't expect. (and i usually catch on to twists pretty fast.)
