Snow Patrol, Shins, Muse, Modest Mouse, Franz, Killers, Interpol and Jimmy Eat World were awesome. What an incredible show! It'll be hard to top this one in the future. The only lame point was the "special guest appearance" by Gwen Stefani. It was a totally retarded christmas themed dance fest... totally dumb. Otherwise, it was a great show. [/code]

You mean Saturday night as last night sucked! They are going to put out a DVD on the 21st and will buy if they have each night seperate. If they have last nights bands included than I won't. I heard Muse owned.

def. night 1. night 2's lineup wasn't so great, and they definitely should have put taking back sunday on night 2...they didn't belong on night 1.

muse was unreal. that band has some serious energy. so does FF. modest mouse looked really depressed.

While waiting in line to see Muse last night, I chatted with my friend who went to the afterparty and got to hang out with the boys of Franz Ferdinand. Green with envy is what I was. But, she agreed that Night 1 was great fun even if there were short sets from each band. They all walked out before Jimmy Eat World came on and didn't bother to stay for them.

Yeah I was going to tell you about the afterparty, a couple of my friends were spinning there- it was in Downtown LA. But I knew you were in AZ so I didn't bother to call.

But I ended up not going, I ended up staying at the other party I was at longer than I expected.

Glad you had fun Zach, I'm jealous... I wanted to go, but I'm seriously over dealing w/those stupid KROQ kids (hence, Thurs. night @ Muse- who were fuckin UNBELIEVABLE.)
