Subject: [R5] PUNK ROCK FLEA MARKET - THIS SATURDAY !
To:
r5productions@lists1.safesecureweb.com
It's that time again for the bi-annual (twice a year) PUNK ROCK FLEA
MARKET. After over 500 visitors and 50 tables of vendors at the last
one, there was high demmand for another one right before the new year
(just in time for Holiday shopping) . All proceeds raised will goto
the purchase of necessary equipment and supplies to ensure that all
ages shows continue to remain a reality at The First Unitarian Church
in Philadelphia. Do not let the name lead you to believe that it's
just punk records, clothes etc. - it's a full on flea market with
everything from furniture, to laptops / computers , to stereo
equipment, to handmade apparel, to vegan treats, information from
various non profit groups, book stores, artists selling their work,
bicycles & skatebooards and whatever else we can fit into two floors
at The First Unitarian Church. This year due to many requsts we also
have made the flea market a bit later in the day (staring at 3pm) as
well as a bit shorter (only 4 hours long vs 6 hours). If you have any
questions please get in touch ! This year we are SOLD OUT of vendor
tables - which is likely to mean that this will be the biggest flea
market yet !!! (at least in terms of items available) . We are
compiling a waiting list - so if you would like to reserve a selling
table if one becomes available, please e-mail
prfm@r5productions.com .
One last note :
Please forward this to any people, groups, listservs, message boards
or even post the basic info on your myspace or friendster bulletin
boards - as this is something that appeals to everyone and the money
raised goes to an excellent cause ! "
Word of Mouth" has been responsible for the great deal of success of
the last two flea markets !
