just got a phone call from a friend visiting la and there is some section of the city (yeah, i know, that narrows it down) that is plastered with banners for the current alvin ailey dance theatre season. those would be mine.

they're bright green with yeah, a dancer on them.
i haven't been to nyc in six weeks or so (sadnesss) and the campaign is up there as well.

the only thing is that i did some kick ass transclucent (sp?) type that they only used on the print materials and later pulled on the outdoor stuff.

wish i had some pix.
anyway...just sayin'.

No shit? I'm sure there are banners on my way to work. I stayed home today (sick with a cold), but when I venture into the office tomorrow, I'll look for 'em. I'll have my camera and take photies too!

Those are really beautiful ayah.

Yeah, the top one is quite different. It looks like the dancer is going to catch his chin on the type. I love the way the text falls into the 'negative space' on the second (blue) one. If they were up in my town I'd steal one.
