Every time UConn knocks them to the canvas, they keep getting back up and landing their own flurry of punches. They might not end up winning this game, but I can't remember the last time I had this much respect for a team's effort.

GM is the only team I can root for at all left in the tournament.

LSU? Florida/Nova? UCLA? Blech.

i'm afraid that they do send the message to the DC area that ball-punching is ok. not that anyone in DC doesn't know that already.

I knew UConn was in for the fight of their life when one of GM's guys went hard to the floor on a foul in the first half, and was subsequently helped to his feet by ALL FOUR TEAMMATES. These guys want it. BAD.

First team from the CAA to make the Elite Eight since Navy, back when David Robinson was there.

They should let Tony Skinn punch Billy Packer in the balls.

Man, I sure hope they can hang on. I think they might be starting to run out of gas.

Your trainer can be Phil Martelli from St. Joe's!

i don't know about that, i don't like the way that skinn runs the break at ALL. it's working out, but he makes some weirdo decisions about timing.

I think it's the very fact that it manages to succeed despite its unorthodoxy that scratches me right where I itch.

How in god's name can you reach such a high level of competition and still only shoot 55% from the free throw line?
