Anyone have the Mark Sandman boxset, and care to expound why it may or may not be worth $30?

I picked up a copy at Record & Tape Traders for about $9. I should probably put it on tomorrow, since I really haven't played it much, nor watched the DVD. It was one of those "I'm gonna want to to listen to this some day in the future" purchases.
