Well is it?

My avatar won't come up. I'm getting a message saying I can't post this quickly having just posted (which I haven't) and when I quoted someone in a thread the post appeared half way up the thread and not at the bottom (in fact before the person I was quoting!).

I'm also getting a debug message when I send PM's.
