God damn it, why the fuck not? Boobs are like the greatest thing ever. Well...after pussy, that is. And music. And love.

Alright, it's in the top 10, anyway; top 15, minimum.

i haven't watched this trite,
but i went to high school with a guy
who got a nail reflected into his eye from a nail gun.
i guess that was interesting, until one realized the damage and the effects on his life...
plus, that ain't shit.
my father lost his arm in a farming accident.
blah, blah, blah,
tv is for bored suburban assholes.
good thing reality provides me with the excitement i need.

and alcohol,
apparently that helps as well.

yeah, just as difficult as it is to insult people randomly on a message board.
heh. what do you got going for you?

yep, another drunken realization that i waste too much time on pointless shit.
oh well, i guess books and human interaction will fill the void...
farewell thee...

Used to play with nail guns when building sets for the theater department at college. Them suckers shoot a long way when you're up on the spotlight catwalk.

i enjoy the vegas one but the rest are absolute shit.

I also love nailguns, own several, and have been fucking around with them since i was a wee lad. saw my brother take a pretty nice one in the ankle one time. i laughed, my dad grabbed a pair of pliers and pulled it out and the dude who shot him i'm sure thought he was about to lose his job, but no: my dad seemed to more blame my brother for being in the way of the nail. Such is life in my family.

The ONLY reasons that I sometimes whatch CSI:Miami is:

1) The girlfriend's weakness is ANY crime drama, no matter what, or how bad it is.

2) Horatio's over-dramatic lines. CLASSIC!

whoops, that should have been "csi miami is..."

the vegas one is obviously way better at least in terms of script and production values, but i hate the douchebag main character so much, and can't deal with how perfectly every investigatio comes out.

I see nothing douchebaggy about William Petersen. But maybe that's because I look a lot like him and act kind of like a coked-up version of him.

The whole franchise has ridiculous plot holes, poor science and has techs acting as real investigators (which doesn't happen).

But I like the actors a lot.

For mood, acting and execution, I give the original an A, the Miami one a B and the New York one a C+.

For logic and sense, they all get C-

Wm. Petersen will always get points for Manhunter, and To Live and Die in LA..how he didn't get cast in that new Vice movie, I'll never know.

Best part of CSI's popularity/ubiquity? It has started to undermine the ability of prosectors by tainting the entire jury pool with its crap science.

And Killer Whaler: GET THE GUN, GET THE GUN, SHOOT, SHOOT, SHOOT, SHOOT

The science is beyond atrocious, it's science fiction to be fair. It's a goddamn tv show, which means by default, it's mindless and dumb. Poking at the CSIs and calling them weak is practically cruel, like going to a home for the mentally challenged and mocking them for their inability to dress themselves.

That being said, I do watch it among others because I like mindless and dumb tv shows and enjoy all three shows to a certain degree. I like William Peterson's autistic character and David Caruso is just over the top with his steely intensity. NY needs a personality.

CSI Miami rules!

I love it when Horatio talks to people, he looks the other way. He either has his hands on his belt showing his badge, or he is putting on his sunglasses.

funny thing is, that's the only time i've ever seen the show or any part of it.

when i want a shitty police drama, i watch crossing jordan. with the magical computers of neverending zoom and resolution.

That is awesome, especially how he repeats everyone's name. I'm thinking about incorporating those idiosyncrasies into my own repertoire. I don't have a badge, but I do have sunglasses.

"Miss Thorton, do you have that journal article for me?...Interesting... Tell me...was it published in... Nature?"

Then I'll look the other way and imagine I hear Roger Daltry singing "Magic Bus".
