Red Sox -Orioles. Cabrera walks 6 people, gives up 4 runs and throws 42 pitches in 1st inning.

Damn, that's a meltdown. Did Anna Benson get to him or something?

In ninth grade I walked the first three batters I faced. Not pretty.

Jesus. Now here's a line:
D Cabrera 1.1 IP, 3 H, 7 R, 7 ER, 7 BB 1 K, 47.25 ERA

Listening to the Royals game on the radio...Jeremy "I'll piss & moan like a little bitch until you put me back in the rotation, even though I've never done anything to deserve it" Affeldt seizes the opportunity to step up by spotting the ChiSox 5 runs in the 1st.

Lovely.

This game is out of hand. I mean, Clement is looking spectacular for christ's sake.

Shut up. Orioles rule!

Seriously though, Cabrera has always walked a lot of people. I never understood why everyone thinks he has a brighter future than Bedard.

Isn't he a Mariners fan? Should I be insulted that you confused us? Or perhaps you're remembering that MIKE CAMERON HIT FOUR HOME RUNS IN ONE GAME!

My ERA was shot aleardy and this just added to it. I have Cabrera in all my leagues so i took a nice hit all around.

That's good enough for him to be the Rangers' #2 starter.

I actually have Chen on a fantasy team, so tonight's game was kinda weird.

But hey, Kevin Millar, remember Jonathan Papelbon?

Now I'm watching the MFYs/Angels game on the Extra Innings thing. I might have to get this again.

Me too. They really rope you in with that first week free.

I had it for 2 seasons a few years back, but I was able to split the costs with a roommate who was also obsessive about baseball. So it all worked out. But, I think I stopped watching most games sometime after the all-star breaks.

Bottom line: love it, but know it's not worth it in the end.

Yep. Then $20 more once the "deal" expires.

Tempting. I'd actually do it, but I might not be living in this city past some finite, pre-August date. And that would be a waste of money.

i'll be here the whole season but won't have the money until the deal expires. I'll still pay $179 to see my M's this year. Talk to me in a few months and i may regret that. They looked awful the last two nights (hitting wise).
