I realize this is an incredibly liberal ruling by the court and probably wouldn't hold in a state like Nebraska, but it is cool to see a judge in the legal system rule that my computer usage is no worse than the person who is on their cell phone every ten minutes.
I probably accomplish more trying to get back on to Obner while at work than I would if I couldn't freely use the internet.
