To the Nets. Yikes. It looks like management is kissing Kidd's ass again. It's funny how Phoenix couldn't wait to get rid of this guy, yet the Nets do everything they can to keep him.

The trade is Vince Carter for Alonzo Mourning, Eric Williams, Aaron Williams and two future first round picks. Uhhh....

Name one guy in the NBA with less heart than Vince Carter. Or more overrated for that matter considering the guy has led the fan balloting in the All Star game for like 3 or 4 years.....

Him and J. Kidd are a couple of extremely talented bitches. They deserve each other.

i just don't think that vc is all that talented, he's spineless and he's a loser. i'd hate to have him on my team.

but arent Kidd and Mourning buddy buddies? id think this move would piss him off...

however, bitch mourning has cried how he wants out of NJ anyways....bitch should be happy Nets gave him sucha generous contract coming off a mostlikely career threatning injury....not exactly putting up the numbers to warrant his mouthing off he has done this year....be happy you are able to play and give what you can.... you are not the all start anymore.

If the Nets have VC, they can sell more seats.
The owner will be happy pulling in "Vinceanity" type crowds
No one will withdraw funds/advertising $/ect. from the new stadium/complex he's building
He can now trade JKidd and not only make money on the deal, but also guarantee decent attendance in his new megalocomplex, which is the whole reason he bought the team in the first place...

Also, word is that the Nets will eventually move to Brooklyn so having some big names on the roster helps draw crowds.

Oh i Do think that the guy has incredible talent , but without heart, effort, etc talent aint shit but ho's and tricks....
