Is porn off limits when you're married? Or are your wives cool with it?

at first she was a little into it, but now with the kids, she's cool with it if it means I leave her alone and let her sleep

ANY wife/gf that is not cool with it (unless your a freak about it) is just fooling herself.

I mean if the two of you are having sex on a regular basis, why would she care?

my wife likes to watch porn with me from time to time. she would probably be a tad concerned if I watched it a lot by myself, but I dont. she also likes going to strip clubs from time to time.

Why would porn be off limits if one is married? Was it off limits before you were married?

Of course I watch it when she is not around or asleep but you never know when she might read the board to check up on me.

It was never really an issue before. I wasn't really into porn before nor am I now but it came up in conversation recently.

If I were married, I would be of the same mind as rparis' wife.

when my mom weighed 120 pounds, she didn't care if my dad looked at porn. now that she's hovering around 170, she cares and freaks out if she even thinks he's looking at dirty magazines or stuff on the internet.

i have mixed feelings on the issue. if it's something that isn't shared, then i get a little mopey about it. i'd like to be in on it.

Porn isn't discussed as much as children, money and religion in the pre-cana classes.

I guess it could be the type of porn too.

Obviously depends on whether the porn viewing serves as replacement for lust and intimacy at the expense of the partner or if it serves as an inclusive intimacy/lust enhancer for the couple.

Motivations are key, beyond moral stances.
