Mr. Derris has set you off on the right foot. Count Five and the Sonics are necessities, add some Standells, ? and the Mysterians, and the Seeds and you're already a quarter way through a CDR.

Or, if you don't want to unintentionally copy the tracklist from the original Nuggets set and would like to find some '60s garage tunes ranging from the rare to the ridiculously obscure, go to garagepunk.com and check out the '60s forum.
