Hello wonderful people of Obner....

Although I probably won´t get a chance to read any replies to this... I just wanted say hello to all of you.

Senor Six and I are currently on the East coast of Spain, having just got back from a crazy hiking and camping trip in the mountains. This is the first internet access I´ve had in the week since we left Toronto. Tomorrow we will head up to Barcelona for a couple of days and then on to the Pyranees and eventually on to Paris.

It´s beautiful here, great to be traveling and seeing the world a bit more.

Hope you´re all keeping well.
More when I get back... and pix too.

Btw, sorry for not replying to your PM. I was so insanely busy with packing & plans back then. Looks like we´ll probably go to Avignon and then head up to Paris from there. :)

Splates - Yeah, we were traveling along Costa Blanca. We were first in Alicante, then hiking in the mountains near Confrides & Guadalest, then briefly in horrible Benidorm (touristy to the max)... and just today we arrived in Barcelona.

That´s wicked. Madrid was beautiful. Before we arrived there it seemed most people said it was ¨so-so¨as a city. We actually had no idea what they were talking about(!) It´s an absolutely beautiful city and has a really nice vibe to it.

The weather is hit & miss right now. When it´s sunny it´s tank-top weather, but when the sun is hiding it´s actually pretty brisk. We were wearing winter hats in the mountains. Yesterday we actually braved the cool breezes and jumped in the ocean. :wink:
