is he brings the Springsteen to it, something that's not so prevalent on original versions of the tunes.

I'm liking Live At Town Hall quite a bunch.

When I bought it, I listened to it maybe five or six times in the two weeks after. I just can't get sick of it.

Usually, even with a new album, by the fourth time I have to set it aside and give it a period before I listen again.

I'm still not sick of this. I'm just angry that I couldn't find the dvd anywhere when I had money.

Yes. You should.

I'd start chronologically with the Eels stuff. Beautiful Freak is probably the best starting point.

I got into them with Beautiful Freak, forgot about them for a few years, then saw Souljacker in a store and was like, "Might as well." Why do people bag on this album? That's the one that hooked me completely. The live album and DVD are great. I tried pulling the audio from the DVD of the tracks that aren't on the CD, but I can't get them to sound any better than fucking shit. By the way, I know it's terrible to mention iTunes, but if you get the album from them, you get the Prince cover ("I Could Never Take The Place Of Your Man") that he wouldn't let them put on the DVD for whatever reason. Rock out in your PJs!

No idea. It was my favorite of theirs when it came out. 'Souljacker, Pt. 1' and 'Fresh Feeling' blew me away and I later came to be obsessed with 'Teenage Witch.'
