for my money, the greatest cartoon ever made. everything is absolutely perfect, especially the incredible animation.

Now The Grinch Grinches The Cat In The Hat is a great cartoon. Even though it doesn't fit into continuity.

this was a fixture on spike & mike's for years. that's where i first saw it. yeah, this is a really good cartoon.

i was poking around a bit more, and found this, another national film board animation classic. imo not as good as the cat came back, but still pretty damn awesome. blackfly.

i remember being vaguely disturbed by that at age 6. they used to play it all the time on nickelodeon.
