so this morning at 9am we were going to have breakfast together at this diner 1 block from his hotel. i arrived early, and waited for him. well i waited and waited and waited, until the diner's phone rang and it was colin. it turned out that just to be sure about the address, he looked it up in the phone book, but the address was incorrect. what should've been 400 e. was 400 w. and apparently he continued to walk further just in case he'd missed it. long story short, we finally ran into each other an hour later, and i've gotta say he looked smashing in the uw hockey jersey he bought!

F'n' hippies. Learn to do a phonebook BEFORE you have visitors from Ohio/UK.

He walked a LOT here. He called me from the Union, and then walked up to the ruby marie, eventually walking to my place down willy st. That hadda be a 4 mile roundtrip, which ain't the end of the world, but he wasn't exactly wearing running shoes neither.

I told you I like walking.

Yeah, this morning was more stressful than it needed to be. Good to actually see mojo this morning, who put the 'mo' in monger Tuesday night (per Beast = Sketch thread). Y'all are too kind.

For the record, I offered him a motorcycle ride back to his hotel, but he wasn't comfortable with my strict "gas, grass, or ass - nobody rides for free" policy.

(shrugs)

Sketchy, this has little to do with anything, but I was doing paperwork yesterday and saw our Bennington store sent a gift to a McGinnis in Ohio from someone at the address I picked you up from in December.

Let us all join hands and sing "It's a Small World".
