So there is all the scandal about Reggie Bush's parents living in a million dollar home while he was still in school and how the person who set up the deal is tied to several agents and sports marketing people.
Now there is this:
http://www.nbc4.tv/news/9026769/detail.html

This is the third player in the last few years to be accused of a sex crime at this specific appartment complex. Not saying USC is going to go down for anything, but they are starting to reach the level of arrests and notoriety that Nebraska, Miami, Florida State and Oklahoma did at points in the 80's and 90's.

The player in question, Mark Sanchez, was one of the top qb recruits a year or two ago and is now in a battle with John David Booty? I hope I got his name right, I know he has one of those southern sounding names.

USC's fall from dominance will be complete after getting beat by both Arkansas & Nebraska in the fall. ;)

Nebraska, maybe. Arkansas, no.

Are both games on the road, though? I know the USC-NU game is in Lincoln, but wasn't the tilt with the Razorbacks in Fayetteville last year... So, this year -- the Coliseum, no?

The Nebraska-USC game is in LA this year. They stopped selling tickets for a time period due to Husker fans buying up a large number before new season ticket request were processed.

Good luck with that Booty kid. So glad he didn't come to LSU. Talk about spoiled brats.

I just learned that Booty had back surgery recently. With Sanchez now suspended, they have neither of the QB's they thought would be the heir to Leinart.
I wonder if New Era could lose any deals they have with the NCAA if the Reggie Bush and Winston Justice allegations hold true.

It looks like Auburn and OU may have to fight it out for the 2004 title if USC gets it stripped due to Bush

Even more allegations on Bush and his family. I swear if this was Alabama, Nebraska, Miami, Oklahoma, Florida State or Ohio State, the NCAA would be already be pushing for a major investigation and threatening the school with a severe punishment. The vedict of the jury of public opinion would be guilty and the only aspect of the case focused on in the media.

It pays to have a good Journalism faculty, I suppose.
