Worth seeing? Who's still with the band and who's not? Opinions? They're playing LA next month. Its at HOB so its not a cheap show and I've got lots of other things I'm seeing so I'm not sure I'm inclined to just take a flyer on it if it might be some pale imitation of them at their peak.

Absolutely. They are tight, and the new material is every bit as good as their classics. Also, you'll get to see Bruce Foxton, and that is something not to be missed.

I have no knowledge of what's up w/ them touring, but my gut tells me cranking "Suspect Device" on the hi-fi a couple times will be more enjoyable than seeing another agin punk band trying to relive their glory days.

Of course, pre-Dec. 2002 I've dropped several hundred and traveled anywhere to see a Clash reunion if it'd happened, so take that for what it's worth.

Except that's not really what they're on about. They've been releasing new material consistently for the last 15 years, and since Foxton joined have had a steady and solid musical core. Although, it appears Foxton's moved on, which sucks. Although their original bass player's signed up for the spring tour. Maybe an opportunity for Phil?
