i'm really digging what i'm hearing so far. has anyone checked them out live? they're gonna be in LA on june 30th. "the funeral" is addictive as hell.

not yet, i missed their last show at king king because i was at the tapes 'n tapes show @ spaceland instead... but definitely looking forward to catching them in june.

sounds like a cheap version of flaming lips meet mmj....

the cd is ok....but i really dont go apeshit over it - and if i never hear it again, i will not lose sleep over it.

Add me to the list. It's not bad, but it's certainly nothing great, either. I did actually wind up shelling out money for it but found the appeal wore off very quickly. Traded in last week sometime, totally forgot about them until I saw this thread. I don't have space in my collection for albums I don't care about anymore. If I'm indifferent, yer gone!

I think I am in between the "Don't go apeshit over it, no big deal" crowd and the "omfg this album will rock your world" crowd. I like it more than a lot of music I have heard from this year and it will, for that reason alone, be in my top 10--barring some uber-awesome music explosion in the next 6 months.

EDIT:I love how BOH is so run of the mill that there is a new thread about them every week.

it seems as though you either love them or think they are just ok. there hasn't been one person on here saying they suck.
