Has anyone had problems ripping this to their CPU. B/c I am having some issues and it is a Sony release.

If I can't get this to work I am boycotting all sony artists.

Nope, ripped perfectly fine for me. Sony's stopped doing the copy-protection in light of last fall's hilariously embarassing debacle. It could be your computer and not the disc - I'm currently having a lot of problems with Itunes and anything else running at the same time. I just ripped the new Pearl Jam last night while daring to use Firefox and the result is a rip with tons of errors - skipping, static, other nasty sounds. Try rebooting, then ripping immediately before doing anything else.

I use EAC lame and have ripped numerous CDs. I think I am gonna burn a copy and try and rip from that. If that don't work this shit is going back to best buy

i liked lateral us when it came out. but like never ever listened to it after that one year.

I like elements of it, and particular songs, but I don't like the album very much overall. 10,000 Days blows it away, IMO. It mines a similar territory, sonically, but does it much more successfully than Lateralus did.
