Elliott Smith Tribute Day- This Tuesday

this is a colossal elliott smith radio tribute

tuesday, may 9th
time: around 8am-10pm

will consist of:
- performance by mary lou lord, a close friend of elliott
- interview with benjamin nugent, author of elliott's biography, "elliott smith and the big nothing"
- interview with pianist christopher o'riley and his album "home to oblivion: an elliott smith tribute"
- covers by local boston bands (if you are interested, please let us know!)
-covers by bands from not boston
-people telling stories about how elliott influenced their lives and their music

and of course, we will also be spinning:
- complete live shows
- unreleased and rare tracks
- covers
- a few songs off of his albums.
