This is getting sad. I've spent three nights without sleep trying to write what is not difficult at all, a 10 page explanation of what I did at the French high school where I taught English classes this semester.

It shouldn't take this much time. I think we've even already discussed this. I need a kick in the ass here, the kind that only obner can provide. Should I just disconnect my wireless? The problem is that it's wireless....arg.

I think that is why I always tried starting my papers super early. That way I could type a page or two, waste an hour or two on the internet and then type a few more pages. It was always a three to four day project for what should have been an easy 2-3hrs of typing.
Though I always ended up with ten or twelve pages of a paper typed the day before it was due and forced to type ten more pages that night.

the way i used to do it was wake up super early the morning it was due, like at 3am and just type from 3am til whenever it was due (like say 12pm)

tonight the strategy is to put it off for as long as possible until either a)

10am arrives and it's actually due

or b) people stop posting on obner and i'm forced to work.

what would be good would be if someone could create a mirror of obner that i got redirected to whenever i tried to open it and in this parallel universe there were no threads except for tom arico and 4030.

Can't help you.

7 page paper, already written, just need to revise, and it's not happening.

I find it easier to write these papers when I lie and pretend something very interesting happened
