The following should be added to every user's profile:
Total number of thread kills 3%  3%  [ 1 ]
Kill rate (% of posts resulting in dead threads) 9%  9%  [ 3 ]
Both of the above 35%  35%  [ 12 ]
Either or both, but user should be able to turn it off 12%  12%  [ 4 ]
Neither, this is a stupid idea, fix the damn sig quotes 41%  41%  [ 14 ]

yes but with the occasional habit of thread ressurecting/self-bumping shouldn't we have some boundaries? what is a dead thread? no replies in two days? two weeks?
