Huh. Worked fine for me.

The song itself sounds pretty good. I like how his vocals are coming out a little more in the mix, but they sound weirdly processed. Anyway, I'm sure I'll be buying the album when it's out.

Yeah, the vocals are weirdly processed, but I like. Makes sense in the context of the song.

The album itself seems like a logical midpoint between "Dark Noontide" and "School of the Flower", but maybe no stronger than either. I'm still very impressed by Chasny's ability to reinvent himself to some extent with every successive album. No two sound redundant.

I'll give another listen to this today, trying to awaken the sun.
