I have not seen the sun in about 10 days.

from the Nat'l Weather Service:
The National Weather Service predicts that rain totals may hit 15 inches by this afternoon, triggering the worst flooding some areas have seen since 1936. Harder rains predicted for later this afternoon threaten to push the Merrimack, Charles and other large rivers over their banks, swamping entire neighborhoods.

It rained like crazy this morning when I drove to my first day at my new job. The traffic is crazy enough during the morning commute to Cleveland, but when you add in heavy rain, it just makes you want to shoot yourself.

It rained here for a couple days. Not like there though. But I ran to get something from my car and SQUISH my foot was immediately soaked as it sank 2 feet into the sopping wet ground. Can't imagine the flooding stuff.

It's been fucking raining here for a week. It got sunny today for about 4 minutes, and then promptly opened up again, before the clouds even rolled over.

Shit better clear up before I have to motorcycle down to Phil's place.

Husband's family lives in Merrimack, NH. They told him over the weekend they had received 11 inches in two days. yeesh

He just called to check on them a little while ago. Hopefully all is ok out there.

This rain sounds awful.

In winter 2002/03 it rained here for over 50 consecutive days. Day after day after day after day.

Every time you went out you knew you were going to be cold and wet and soaked. Man, it was depressing.
