Well, sorta.
You see, my wife is a Deadhead and we picked up 3 shows (6 CDs) of live Dead shows, including one from Cairo, Egypt that she's pretty excited about.

But we also picked up:
The Smiths - The Queen Is Dead
Aerosmith - Greatest Hits (they used to be pretty great.)

And a Life In Hell (Matt Groening) book -- Childhood Is Hell

Hooray for us!

Total, for all that, plus a Star Wars Darth Vader figurine for Ethan, came to $10.

if she was really a deadhead shewouldn't beexcited about the egypt shows but the winterland shows that took place right after the egypt trip.

There were a couple of other shows there, too.
Not being a Deadhead, myself, I did not take notice as to what the others were.

I defy you to listen to Toys In the Attic or Rocks and keep yourself from rocking the hell out. The deeper cuts on those albums are flippin' great.

My best find was Joe Jackson Look Sharp on vinyl for 50 pence. I later flogged it on Ebay for 20 quid.

i repeat "just saying"
aerosmith is bullshit (imo)
especially in greatest hits form

and even though ive seen office space
i dont know what you are talking about
and that i would hopefully never watch the movie again
i actually attempted to do so a week ago

i get the run down of the jokes contained in this film
every day at work-wether i want a rehash or not

Ok then. Lawrence is the next door neighbor affable good old boy.
It's a better movie than that, too.

Aerosmith often are bullshit, but not always and not all their songs.

Fair enough.
But I do end up partying with lawrence-like fellers quite a bit.
My older brother being one of them.

When I was working in an electronics factory-listening to muzak
a friend and I would always try to list
the top 5 bands we wished to eliminate off the face of the earth
thus also changing/eliminating the bands that were influenced by them

so a lot of the times you don't wouldn't want to go back too far
but aerosmith was usually my number 1
partially because of all the aerosmith we were enduring every day

its fun to take out an alphamale in crappy pop/rock music
and think about what else you wouldn't have had to deal with
...
like creed

I'm not sure Steve Tyler is much of the Alpha Male sort. He's not a bull. More like Cat With A Cock.

i agree
alpha male is a poor term to use in this case
maybe the "accidental leader of infinate crappyness"
