good or bad?

I saw them once back when they played very small rooms still (specifically, middle east upstairs in cambridge). in a small room, they were very loud and good. i'd check it out.

they are playing a free show with voxtrot in brooklyn next month. can't wait.

I have been wanting to see them for a few years now. They are actually opening up for NIN at the outdoor ampitheater here, but I don't think I want to go to that.

I've seen them on 4 occassions now. Sewanee, TN in 2003, once in Manhattan, once in Brooklyn (w/ Liars and YYY's) and the same show gauchebag attended @ Exit/In when they opened for The Faint of all bands.

I listened to their first ep so much I completely burned myself out before the full length and to this day the ep is still the only TVOTR I own.

That really doesn't have anything to do with this thread, but I should probably remedy that anyway.

I'm definitely seeing them when they tour here in July

just saw them open for bauhaus and nine inch nails and yeah they're good. they were good the last 2 times i saw them too.

yeah, they are opening for them here too, I wish there was some way to get a reduced price ticket to see only them.

I don't mind NIN (was really into them in HS) but I'm just more wary of the crowd attending the show.

show is really good. i'm not a nin fan but the show was really just pretty incredible.

bauhaus is also playing that show here. pretty impressive bill. too bad it's a shitty venue.

the crowd at the show was really trashy, but it's easy to ignore people in huge venues.
