so for a total of $60 I picked up the following, most of which were below $5
with the exception of the box set. This CD store near the office is closing and had tons on sale

Bruce Springsteen-Born to Run 30th anniversary (only 20 bucks)
John Davis-S/T
Robocop Kraus-(I forget the title)
Jason Collett's first record
Art Brut
Clogs-Lantern
Sleater Kinney-One Beat
Scott Walker-The Drift
Soul Position...that one with RJD2 and that other guy.

I even picked up a streisand box for mom, and the new chicago for my dad...I'm such a good boy

You bastard. I paid 17 and a half dollars for that Scott Walker yesterday. It's completely worth it though.

Good album. Didn't get much love from the usual suspects, but it made a run at my 20 but wasn't in there long enough for me to enjoy. I should really put this on again sooner as opposed to later.

I found the Stiff Records Box Set (on CD) at the store I frequent yesterday. I brought in a bunch of stuff in trade (which, I found, was treated more than fairly on - it's good to know the managers/owners of these stores), and got the Stiff set, and a few new CDs for $4 (the Stiff set was sold to me for $30 in trade).

If I wanted some damn mp3s I would DOWNLOAD IT. I don't understand why people would want digital versions of new CDs.
