Thought this deserved it's own thread. I'm not even all the way through this album, and I am thorougly impressed. I've been a casual fan of his previous albums, but this one is grabbing me toot sweet.

I love it. But I love almost everything Chasny's done.

I waver between like and dislike for "River of Transfiguration". Sometimes it seems like just a slab of drone at the end of some really great songs. Sometimes more.

Yeah, I hear what you're saying. I've only heard River.. once, and it was after I made the initial post. It'll take a while for me decide also.
