It's track 3, "Providence."

Despite knowing it, I didn't notice for a while because I kept forgetting to listen for it. He just sings background, so if you don't like TVOTR, you won't like this song.

That said, the song's really good, as is the whole album. I'll YSI later if I get a chance (at work right now)
