for some reason, this album has not clicked with me yet. Don't know why. Are you liking it? Listened to it yet?

Hegel-- Nope, haven't listened to it yet.

Rp--completist demons in my head. Just looks so nice next to all those other Cure cds ;)

Timmy--I actually had a roommate who was a huge Tom Petty fan when these albums were hitting. I remember listening to them a lot when we were sitting around drinking. Probably bought them more for nostalgic reasons than actual enjoyablity factor.

Eventually I need to go bigger with the video stuff that I do, but for right now this will suffice.

500Gb? Damn, how much music are you recording onto that?

I remember in 95, I was a freshman in college, and i'd bought myself a computer for school. It had 1.2 GB and everyone was like, what are you gonna do with ALL that space?

Pro Tools files can get pretty big pretty quick, and song sketches are the kind of things that pile up fast and take up alot of space.

No, I wasn't in that frame of mind, I just didn't realize protools files got big. I guess it makes sense though.

I know how that was about hd sizes back then. When I got my pc for college people were flabbergasted at the size, but then came the advent of MP3s...

I remember in '92 when I was a freshman, the dude in the room next to us had a computer (apple) and it had 12 mb of hard drive space. I said 12 mb, not gb. He used to have to take programs off to do things and put them back on. His machine was pretty zippy for the time too. haha
