Blue-eyed Philly soul's most heralded and deserving pseudo-homosexual duo. With such irresistable hits as:

If this is it
Maneater
Out of Touch
I can't go for that (no can do)
Private Eyes
Kiss on my list
Rich Girl
She's Gone

"Sarah Smiles" is a great song.
That is all.

It's one of my favorite karaoke numbers, yes.

Sara Smile is about a girl who was 16 at the time

oh yeah, and she ended up co-writing a lot of their biggest songs in the 80s

Ironic, but my office mate has her radio on very low, but I can hear "Kiss on my List."

How many Showtime After Dark movies has "Long" John Oates been in?

Not sure, but do you think he is the reason Philly kids have they own VD hot line (which happens to run into his shoulder)?

Don't care much for H&O

But I would like to read that "Suzanne Somers sounds off" article.

She's Gone

& Sarah Smiles are all great songs.

Is there a greatest hits package of theirs that is any good?

I really liked them until their 80s stuff with the over the top production.

Hall's two solo albums are very worthwhile.

I loved Hall & Oates so much as a kid that I got my dad one of their albums for Christmas.

That cover is very disturbing. Oh my.

I mean, I'm all for chest hair on men but I don't want it facing me on a magazine cover. Complete with thick mustache and and afro.

Hall looks like he's going to get him from behind.

(I can't believe I just said that. But oh well).

Oh, and I actually had their 8-tracksas a child! Yes indeed folks. I did.

Now this is disturbing...not that there's anything wrong with that.

I got myself their greatest hits cd. I like it. Non-ironically even.

As much as I don't like them, why do I know the lyrics to all their greatest hits?

They're great even though I don't own any of their albums. I downloaded most of the songs I like.
