For instance the contents, ingredient-wise, of cheesesque products. Was eating a pretzel at the mall with some horrendous cheese substance, but couldn't stop dunking. The consistancy was just ick. In any event, it struck me that I probably shouldn't look at the lid to see what the ingredients were.

i could care less what's in brats. i know it's probably disgusting, but the combo of everything tastes awesome and it hasn't made me sick, so i don't think too much into it. that's the mentality you should have

the less you know about how your laws and sausages are made, the better you'll sleep at night.

yeah at one time it was famous for being made with pig's blood but unless you find an old school sausage maker, you get a milder version now.

Amusingly enough, it's the rice that I don't like about boudin.

A friend brings me these and cracklins from this joint near BR everytime he comes back. My new favorite food.

ok. speaking of boudin, not really, but there is this stuff I was subjected to in my lengthy stay in Ireland. The infamous blood sausage. It doesn't allow you the luxury of not knowing what's in it and there is not a single aspect of it that looks remotely edible or tastully satisfying. And, despite the fact that I would never eat that I STILL don't want to know all the ingredients so as to not vomit all over the "sausage" and my breakfast company.

I am assuming that the following is pretty similar to what you are talking about with boudin. If it is, then you people are really disgusting.
