Wait, I thougth this was coming out this year? I guess it's July of 2007?

I think it could be pretty damn good. But, if it's true that it's being directed by Michael Bay, then who the hell knows.

this seems like it would be the perfect movie for CGI.

Yeah, no kidding. Memories of my childhood toys will draw me to this no matter how much I try to resist.

That was pretty schweet. Is that supposed to be Optimus Prime? Wasn't red?

Yeah it's a CGI test, not the finished product.

Yeah, I realize, it just kinda looked like him. Plus, I figured that since this seems to be real, and floating around they'd want to build some hype and put in a recognizable character.

The great thing about Transformers was each character had a personal motto like "Conquest is made of the ashes of one's enemies".

I had a heap of UK Marvel Transformers comics but I threw them out last time I moved.

I hope in the end, it turns out the Decepticons are defeated when it is discovered that their weakness is water.

From that site :

This is the personal work of JJ of 3dblasphemy , and has nothing to do with the transformer movie. This was based of the cartoon generation 1 series. Sorry for any inconvience.

Still...pretty neat.

The original ones are worth some big bucks at those collector toy stores and on ebay.
