ok. I couldn't remember. And thats a relief. Despite my lack of fashion knowledge and my lack of a vagina, I am still interested in seeing this. I take it that this movie is worth seeing?

yes. i wouldn't consider it really a chick flick. it's just plain funny. meryl streep is excellent. there's a lot of "woah, i can't believe she/he said that" type of laughter you'll get from this movie.

My girl read the book and thought it was pretty good. She really wants to check out the film as well.

If you've ever worked for an overbearing boss, and/or grown to love a job, you'll find something to like.

Its like a girl's "Almost Famous" with a more reluctant protagonist and substituting fashion mags for rock mags.

and Stanley Tucci is tops.

She's wearing panties, bra, and garter in this one, in select scenes. In Brokeback, she's topless. I like topless.

Wasn't meaning to knock you... just a general comment.
"Underwear" works just fine, thanks.

"Panties" sounds like such a childish word. I don't believe I've ever heard a woman use it to describe their underwear, not unless it was a stipper or someone of a similar profession.

Because it is a single piece of clothing.
(If you can even call it clothing. Damn annoying, uncomfortable, expensive pieces of crap.)
