Just a head's up that Sondre Lerche is confirmed to participate in a very special in-store event at at the Barnes & Noble Union Square store in NYC.
"Upstairs at the Square" is a new event series that B&N is launching this summer. The event will be hosted by Katherine Lanpher (veteran award-winning journalist & former co-host of the Al Franken Show). It will take place at the B&N 250-seat event space on the 4th floor overlooking Union Square Park.
The format of this exciting new series will pair a distinguished writer and music artist. Lanpher will interview both of them, building a unique dialogue and discussion. The music artist will perform a few songs at the end or beginning of the event. The event will be taped to use as a live stream on bn.com or for other potential uses.

The writer Sondre will be paired with for this event is the novelist Gary Shteyngart, author of the current best-seller "Absurdistan'' and "The Russian Debutante's Handbook".
