I've never been so confused. Here's my best guess:

Transa is a band with a song or album named "nine out of ten movie stars make me cry." How close am I?

Transa is an album by Brazilian icon Caetano Veloso, which includes a song called "Nine Out Of Ten", which includes that lyric quoted in the thread title.

I also believe that the album is #1 on Billy G's Listmania!.
