Brilliant album.

6 tracks recorded at Epitaph's studio, one a duet with Gwen Stefani.

The Ziggens Greatest Hits (the album that never got released)

Think about who's doing well posthumously and who is hollering back girl.

And they thought Wayne Coyne was political (hint: he's just spacey)

If people had been listening to Poolshark (both versions) back in the day, he might have turned out okay.

And how about the dubs, how about the one that sounds just like "Santeria."

That man was too far ahead of the curve, further ahead than Jerry Garcia.

RIP Bradley James Nowell

May the wind be at your back.

Great record, for demo versions.

Now, is the story true that Sublime didn't end up on Epitaph because the label people wanted Nowell to do rehab for his heroin addiction, but he refused?

probably is true if you say it.

if you're down with sublime you get funky fresh lyrics (and citrus fruits apparently)

the song Boss DJ is a cool acoustic number Brad recorded, i'm assuming in a living room somewhere, and it was on one of those posthumous collection releases. it's a neat tune. Sublime was def not a one trick pony, too bad the band will always be tainted with having swarms of brojock frat boy fans.

Man, I hate Sublime nearly as much as I do The Red Hot Chili Peppers.

I DON'T PRACTICE SANTERIA! I AIN'T GOT NO CRYSTAL BALL!

They bring the suck. I wish the singer hadn't died of an OD just so you'd never had heard of them or their music.

ugh

I wore that CD out in High School. Haven't heard it in at least 10 years.

If that's the only song you're judging them by, you need to explore a little deeper. If you've taken a chance and listened to more, good on ya.

I remember one of the rock stations in Boston had a battle of the bands (not live, just records) and Sublime won. I don't think I've listened to that station since.

They're up there with The Doors, RHCP and Jimmy Buffett as far as hating bands goes with me.

Definitely one of the top 10 most overrated bands ever.
