[ VAMPIRE BELT ]
"Vampire Belt is Chris Corsano and Bill Nace attacking with nocturnal undead drum rage upon a tortured kit and effects-warped guitar, the duo's sound is a brutal assault to the mind." - Dylan Edrich "The Belt are a fuzzed-out gutter explosion. Bill Nace's guitar techniques transcend space and time and break the sound barrier. Chris Corsano proves that even while fiddling with a two string bass with one hand, he is a better drummer than 99% of the drummers out there." - TinyMixTapes.com

[ TAYLOR BOW ]
"Their first show ever! Dominick Fernow (of Prurient) reconfigures the electromagnetic mayhem, this time in the guise of a punk-thrash ensemble. Steve Lowenthal of Swingset magazine, et all sings!" - Dylan Edrich, Todd P intern-at-large

[ SPECTRE FOLK ]
Spectre Folk is a one-man operation consisting of Pete Nolan (drums for the Magik Markers, Shackamaxon, GHQ, Virgin Eye Blood Brothers, Wooden Wand & the Vanishing Voice, etc.). Here, the delicately twisted calm bubbling underneath the drumming furor Nolan unleashes elsewhere can finally be heard.

[ VAZ ]
Awesome local three piece that recalls early 90s Chicago sounding rock, yet scarier. Tall, intelligent angry men. Finished their set acapella when the power went out at the Glasshouse not long ago and rose the hair on the back of my neck. One of the best bands in New York. "Intense loft-rock duo - now a trio. This stuff is so out of control yet so very in control... VAZ are dark and spooky but still manage to have an outstanding pop element. Most frigid. Members of 90's Am Rep band Hammerhead! True." - NarnackRecords.com

[ ZS ]
Highly complex, but somehow simultaneously dream-like. This band can sound like a Mondrian painting sawd into peices and thrown at you in shards. "Troubleman Unlimited recording artists Zs are a New York band working between the worlds of Avant Rock and New Music. Mostly instrumental, the music often explores the extremes of compositional complexity and virtuosity as well as extended repetition. The sound ranges from bombastic Prog Rock counterpoint to barely audible breathing sounds." - Tonic

[ TELEPATHE ]
Busy and Melissa make sinister goergeous sounds with dark murky vocals and trippy loop beats. "The Brooklyn band Telepathe forge largely improvised guitar gusts, woodsy chirps, wraithlike Björkian harmonies, and powerfully jabbed drums into minimalist baroque." - Village Voice

[ CHUCK BETTIS / BRENDAN MURRAY ]
"Chuck Bettis is the singer for Measles Mumps Rubella and works on many of his experimental projects such as Devastation Duo (laptop duo w/ Carlos Giffoni), Brown Wing Overdrive (DIY electronics w/Derek Morton), Mudang Rouge (w/ Evan Rapport -tanbur, flute, clarinet / Jerry Lim-guitar, synth, kayagum), in addition to improvising, recording, or composing with an arrayof downtown musicians such as Ikue Mori, John Zorn, Toshio Kajiwara,Tim Barnes, Okkyung Lee, and Barry Weisblat." "Working with analog and digital instruments since 1998, Brendan Murray is concerned with making long form dense compositions of pure sound. Drones remain at the core of his work, with connections between the visceral and the elegant an aesthetic priority."

[ DYNAMITE CLUB ]
The best ever death metal band outta Okinawa. Actually formed in Brooklyn a few years back, these guys are renowned for their on-stage kung-fu battles and ape-shit antics. Expect mayhem, flashes of nudity, and a lot of high-pitched screaming in Japanese.
