Heading South easily...I loved it.

Well, I've only seen A Scanner Darkly, but I thought it was great. I would definitely recommend it.

ended up seeing scanner.
thoughts are still murky about it, but i have to say on first impression i def felt like there were moments where the story started to get away from linklater a bit, and not in a way that you might identify with the character as being confused or unsure of what's real and what isnt. he usually did a good job of reigning it back in after those moments, but it was distracting to some end.
maybe i'll think some more about it and report back, if anyone cares.
