What teams are you guys talking about?
I'm only familiar with the Springboks and the All Blacks thanks to Fox Sports.

All Blacks (New Zealand national team) vs Wallabies (Australia national team)
splates = NZer
amgl = Australian

The big rugby teams you want to see would be All Blacks, Australia, Springboks (Sth Africa), England, France, Argentina, Ireland and thats about it. Fiji and Scotland are alright occasionally too.

South Africa, NZ and Australia take part in the annual Tri-Nations cup together, and theres a bit of rivalry between them

I've watched Scotland and Ireland play before on Fox, and I'm sure I've seen the others a few times, but they are always playing Springboks or All Blacks games and they always seem to win.

I miss the occassional Aussie rules football game on ESPN2 and Fox.

We beat England and France this year.

the only reason the US isn't a Rubgy powerhouse is because of the NFL. even with american football, the US ranks in the top 20 rugby teams in the world. If the US were to host a Rubgy World Cup, that would be huge for the sport in America

youre not taking into account american sports fans taste. americans like sports that stop and start a lot, with a lot of breaks, like baseball, basketball, and the aforementioned football. one of the major stumbling blocks for soccer in the us is that it keeps going with only a break in the middle. theres no doubt that theres talent in the us, but the sport just doesnt mesh with what americans like in sport. also, there are only 15-20 nations that play rugby competitively, and america is in the top 10 or so already.

not true.

We have three completely different football codes all as popular as each other, all peacefully coexisting side-by-side.

Aussie Rules.
Rugby Union.
Rugby League.

my husband actually told me to
"Eat a dick" tonight
after I made fun of Rush one last time.
It did not go over well.

Incidentally, he has no spleen bc of a Rugby playing incident that happened about 10 years ago. I wasn't around then but he has a fantastic scar.

He might want to avoid receiving fellatio for quite a while.
