great show on both counts. i'm digging the cold war kids. must check out the album. the editors were rockin. i hadn't seen them live yet, but have loved their album. this was a highly satisfying show.

the only semi disturbing thing to occur (besides the parking cost raping) was this guy who was basically doing a bump and grind on his girlfriend against the bar the whole friggin show long. his hand was buried in her butt the whole night, and his and her creepy eyes spoke of being on some serious shit.

Once again, the mysterious Saint is in attendance at a show where I'm at. Years have passed now and still our paths have yet to cross.

Tonight's show was fuckin' insane. The Editor boys were on F.I.R.E.! Christ, as many times as I've seen them...they had incredible intensity and energy onstage. It was unbelievable. Maybe because it was the last night of their tour before heading off to Japan...I dunno. God knows that these boys have been touring nonstop since the beginning of the year. I've seen 'em when they've readily admitted they were jaded and tired. But, here they were again, giving it their all.

I'm seeing 'em again tomorrow. They're doing an instore at Tower Sunset. Rather than ask them to sign yet something else, I'll be bearing gifts this time. A hefty bottle of vodka -- their choice of poison. Who knows, maybe they'll wanna hang out with my pals and me and get bladdered.

i'm dying to see the cold war kids; i've been hooked on their EP ever since i got it, and i blew it and missed them when they were in NYC a couple of weeks ago.

as much blog hype i've read on cold war kids, they seriously deliver a great show.

It's today, babes. They're doing Craig Ferguson in the afternoon, then jetting over to Tower. They should start around 7:30-8PM.

DAMNIT! i'm going to see a US vs. john lennon screening for work @ 4:30 today in santa monica. i doubt i'll be able to make it to sunset on time.

i'm gonna try and catch the troub CWKs show.

i would like to pick up something by cold war kids. i liked them alot when they played with the sound team. and damn that drummer was cute!
