I'm listening to "These Arms of Mine" from In Person at the Whiskey-A-Go-Go, and just noticed that you can barely hear an audience member singing every line of the song a couple of seconds before Otis does. My first thought was, "man, what a pro for just going with it and letting his audience have a good time." My second thought was, "if some douchebag did that at a show I was at, I would put a knife in him."

hahaa, awesome.

the death of otis is proof god hates us.
the fact that he was able to record "sitting on the dock of the bay" four days before he died is proof that god loves us.
