Yeah, in MD it made nat'l news here when a little girl picked the lotto number to get a bear hunting license and shot it (after her parents took her out of school to do so). Pretty f'd up in my opinion. Bear hunting and its accompanied nonsense reminds me of the Bear Patrol Simpsons episode. I hope he goes to prison, but of course he won't.
