Yeah last night was their first show in the US. I think they're only playing like 3 or 4 more solo shows then, unfortunately, they're opening for Gaymes Blunt.

Here's the video for 'Be Gentle With Me', which is a little bit of how goofy they were.

They don't have an album out yet but you can listen to some songs on their site or download one or two on their myspace page.

Yeah I haven't listened to the whole ILYBICD album yet but from what I've heard, I don't like it as much as the ep.

It's definitely not the EP because the ep did have that Spoon sound. the full length is just darker sounding and not as poppy. I'd take a full length of the EP any day over the full length.

I love The Boy but I wouldn't have really pegged you as a fan, Shiv.

They're one of the few bands that can really be classified as twee these days.

normally i am not a big fan of this type of music..but "the boy" does it really well to the point where i really dig it.

Before I heard any of their music, the description of this band made me already love them, but after spinning through the record a few times only two tracks were worth a damn to me. Oh, well. Though, live I could see enjoying them.
