Bob Dylan is playing here October 25th according to our corporate booking system. Before I worked here, he was the only non-sporting event I ever attended at the arena here in Lincoln.
I'm unbelievably excited since we haven't booked shit for the next two months. Hopefully he doesn't cancel or move the gig to Omaha.

It would have more to do with playing the 20,000+ seat Qwest Center which is the equivalent to the Staples Center here in Nebraska and was one of Pollstar's top venues last year or playing to 8,000 people at a 50+ year old venue in a major college town.

Do you work at a minor league stadium? I thought this current tour was just that. I saw him this past Saturday. It was amazing. Mostly older stuff, he didn't do anything off the new album. Loved the orchestrations of the older songs, that make you really listen as sometimes they sound like new songs.

Nope, I work at an arena. The College/minor league baseball stadium hosted a concert with him and Willie Nelson two years ago. It was one of Dylan's offnights and people booed.

I read that as 'Dalen'. That being said, I'd love to see Dylan. Hell, or Dalen.

I think Dalen doing jokes about "Them" would go over real well here, he could open for Nebraska's own Larry the Cable guy.
