Not the song, but the short documentary about GBV.
Just watched this with the wife over the weekend and it is pretty damn good. Very cool not just for the live footage (which is excellent) but also for the story -- it's inspirational for an old guy like me. Any of you aging rockers who want a little kick in the pants should give this one a go.

RIYL: Guided By Voices, you dumbass!!!

I remember seeing it for the first time almost 10 years ago at a 'special' showing at Moscone Center in SF. Toby & Bob recording on the 4-track was especially cool as well as all the beer 'drive-thru's' in Dayton. Classic.

yeah, great dvd. that one small interview w/ Kevin Fennell basically saying that he has nothing w/o gbv is pretty depressing seeing that Bob pretty much kicked him out (right?).

I have that one too. Awesome.
Ironically enough the last GbV show ever (DVD) - 'The Electrifying Conclusion' I don't like nearly as much as the other two.

they couldn't contain the concert onto the tape. seriously it like cut out half way thru the last song. So maybe it wasn't the LAST song seeing how it was the 2nd song into the fifth encore. they could have quite easily have kept on chugging.
