New release by David Eugene Edwards and company due soon. Anyone heard it? The s/t album blew me away, but I was a little disappoined by Consider the Birds. I'll have my hands on it soon in any case, just wanted a few opinions prior. The two whole reviews on Amazon gave it really high marks, but what do those people know.

i don't know anything about him, but i got the album based on a review, i think. i liked it. nothing that immediately grabbed me, but i really enjoyed it. i listned to it on my ipod high on a hill at like 1130 at night on the oregon coast, so that added to the atmosphere

I have a few 16 HP including the amazing "Folklore", and the Wovenhand s/t and "Consider the Birds" and will probably get "Blush Music" (mostly a cinematic reworking of that great s/t) before long too, but this might be the best of all, at least for my taste right now. But it does get kind of intense at times
