Some article I read said that it was so you could decorate the CD cover.

Anyway, I didn't buy it yet. Is it any good?

Listening now and enjoying every second of it. Was this written after Guero or what? To me, these songs could have been on his previous record too.

I picked it up today as well, after a previewing it last week in order to prevent any Guero type nausea in yours truly. I got the dvd with it, too. Good album, I think it will grow even more with repeated listening. I actually heard that this was recorded before Guero, although I can't verify the source on that one.

The tracks I've heard are very "Beck-like," if someone is looking for "Beck-like" tracks from their Beck instead of soul-searching, morbid "non-Beck-like" tracks from their Beck.

Meaning, it's more "Loser" than "Lost Cause."

All Music said it was started after Sea Change/before Guero, but finished post-Guero. However that bodes.

2 or 3 stand-out tracks and 10 or so boring b-sides.

If anyone has stickers they should stick them on their boiler. If anything ever needed brighting up and generally made more exciting looking it's a boiler. It's sort of like getting a friend into good music or giving a plain girl a make over so she looks fantastic.

Seriously, you really have no idea what an improvement just a few stickers are going to make to your boring old boiler. It's going to be something you look forward to seeing instead of thinking "oh shit, I have to look at my boiler again, it's so boring."

It also makes your central heating work better.

fun fact: because of the make-your-own-cover fashion of this new album, "The Infomation" is ineligible to chart in UK. according to officials, it renders its sale at an "unfair advantage" to the purchase of other albums.
